What I'm Interested In

The Border Between Cognition and Perception
I am interested in the border between cognition and perception in cognitive science, and the implications this debate has for traditional issues in philosophy of mind.
Intuition
I am interested in what intuitions are, how/if they differ from beliefs, and whether or not they are reliable truth-trackers. My master's thesis explores philosophical intuitions from a dual-process perspective. If interested, you can find it here.

Peer Disagreement
I am interested in the epistemology of peer disagreement, and other similar issues in social epistemology. When you and someone who is your "epistemic peer" disagree, how should this affect your belief?
Public Philosophy & Teaching
I am passionate about introducing people to philosophy, whether through teaching or other public-facing work. I've been involved in creating/sustaining philosophy clubs, writing for popular philosophy magazines like Philosophy Now, and writing chapters in pop-philosophy books like Louis CK & Philosophy.
